Executive chef Jed Gerrard's Hearth Restaurant celebrates the exquisite flavors and produce of WA. Inspired Australian cuisine is prepared on a traditional open grill, drawing flavor from the smoke and fire, then shared among diners alongside lively conversation.
Serving: Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner
- Breakfast: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 10.30 AM | Saturday and Sunday (in-house hotel guests only) 7 AM to 11 AM
- Lunch: Friday 12 PM to 2.30 PM
- Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday 6 PM to 10.30 PM
On weekends, create memories while dining on the signature Afternoon Tea.
